It has an inbuilt memory of 100MB and also supports external memory through microSD cards. It's 3G enabled with HSDPA for faster connectivity, Bluetooth v1.2 enabled with A2DP compatibility and USB v2.0. The main feature of course is the 5 megapixel, auto-focus camera with a Xenon flash. The Viewty's camera is also equipped with anti-shake image stabilizer and face-tracking software and manual focus. It incorporates an application that allows users to upload videos to the net to sites like YouTube and features a photo editor application for making changes to images shot through the camera that can capture 120 frames per second. There’s also a VGA camera located in the front for video calling. Speaking at the launch, V. Ramachandran, Director, Sales and Marketing, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. said, "Mobile users are aspiring for better quality images to capture life's special moments and we have responded to the market needs by launching Viewty. Following the success of Chocolate and Shine phones, we expect to have a hat trick with Viewty. In fact Viewty is seen as a much awaited product from LG and we are sure our technological edge and style factor will be taken well in the Indian market." ashoksoft 83 Report post Posted December 26, 2007 I've tested this phone as it has been haunched by 3 about a month back .. .and we've had this phone in the office from then ... kewl phone ... nice interface .. the stylus is not in the phone but sold seperately .. phone shows a easy one hand operation.. cam is good ... though not comparable to an N95 at equal resolutions ... pricing - compared to international markets seems costlier here.. cheers karki Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Its the kickass camera phone with 5MP resolution Camera with XENON Flash, 120FPS Slowmotion shooting, ISO 800 (NightShooting of video and still photo) and loads of other Camera setting features for professional Camera shooting. Wide 3inch Screen with 240x400 pixel resolution (QAVGA). Already euipped with 3G HSDPA (3.4 mbps download) and EDGE. It have direct YouTube shortcut that means it shows all the FLASH WEBSITES. Probably only phone which can show Flash Website, after Windows Mobile PPC. There are loads of other features too like FM Radio, HighResoluion 30FPS VGA (640x480) video playback. Direct DVD Quality (VGA) playback on TV with provided Stereo AV Cable. Approximate cost is around $400 which means all this with only approx. Rs.16000/- and can come down in few months.
