which version of qxdm are u using ?? use qxdm 3.11 once u install qxdm , also install qpst 2.3 build 264 then install bb desktop manager connect your storm to pc and open up bb desktop manager go to device manager and see which com ports ur phone is connected to it will show 2 virtual ports ( use the higher number ) just open qpst and in qpst configurator add the corresponding com port what u see in device manager once com port is added , close qpst and start qxdm and then connect to corresponding com port
