There is a difference between illegal and unethical. Illegal is something defined by others, unethical is defined by ourselves. Not using other phones other than those 'blessed' by reliance is legally true, but many of us deem it stupid, and hence break it happily. On the other hand, gawking at beautiful girl after your marriage/commitment to other is certainly not illegal, but its highly unethical to me Same with helmet law, wearing a helmet is legally required, and riding sanely and keeping alert is ethically required! This case comes under both!

Saurav told it Rite. I registered in my friends name. I didnt find any risk on this. Never call ebay and ask about the gift. Everything should be normal. I am 100% sure u can get it. Its all normal. Dont define it as Cheating as ITs just a Trick not cheating.
