1 pointI would recommend the ASUS EE PC 1005HA even though it may cost a little over 20k. It (ASUS EEE PC 1005 HA SBL K01) got the highest rating in this month's Chip magazine Netbook comparison as well at Rs.21,500 with the bag/sleeve. Edit: maybe you can get it for less than 20k as I see a listing here for ~ 19.3k with shipping
