^^^ Dial *228 on phone and check what it says, if it says :- Welcome to Reliance then its connected to reliance , this can happen if phone is in roaming . if it says Thank you for choosing our network, and then press 1 for pre paid or 2 for post paid that means its connecting to TATA also as you know your SPC that means phone is unlocked for network programing.
