there is so much i tend to take for granted when bitching about rcom's pathetic service that i often forgot that other big players are no better! apparently there is NO way to lodge a complaint over the phone at airtel if you are calling from outside their network. you will have to visit a service centre in person or call the 3 digit number that can only be called from an airtel phone. when did this become a standard business practice? here is an excerpt from my email to the idiots:

See this news... http://news.discover...ves-110110.html The Gist... A group of students at Hong Kong's Chinese University have developed a way to store complex information in bacteria. This opens up a way to saving text, images, music, and even video within living cells. One gram of bacteria could store the same amount of information as 450 2,000-gigabyte hard disks. So the coin must be containing some of this bacteria.... Now Dhirajbhai will have to use combination of his Star Wars Sword, pharmaceutical lab & come out with an unboxing video, user guide for how to use the damn coin for all of us.. Lolz

They are accepting any of those ESN whatever they are, issues are just with the MEID's just look in there screen while they are doing it. Sometimes they don't change it to non t-sim and it shows error "No such esn found in our A-key Database" Ask them to change it to appropriate option i.e. ------ to non t-sim esn Also tell them to add " H " in front of esn while rasing the service request! I don't think after this there will be any issues that you should be facing if you have done the right programming in your handset!
