Essentially you will be paying around Rs 3,000 more for that which frankly does not make sense unless of course there is an app specific more power requirement. 1st one has been bought by Dhirajbhai and he is pretty happy about it's performance running Win 7 Ultimate even on stock 2GB Ram. For normal usage 1st one should suffice. Can add 2 GB DDR3 RAM which will cost approx Rs. 1,200 to make it 4GB in either of the above.
