I would suggest that take some time out daily, about 10 minutes, to learn about reflexology. It works beautifully, and is a great self treatment. You can massage you feet before sleeping, and then sleep like a baby because effectively you are massaging your body!
I have even found out other people's problems that were not known to others, and treated them. For example, when I was massaging the feet of my uncle, I found his ear's point is very tender. Turned out that due to long talking on phone, his ear was indeed paining, but he didn't tell anyone. So treated that spot gently, and did some household tricks like putting coconut oil in ear and massaging etc. In short duration, he was pretty much cured.
Definitely find time yourself to learn reflexology. It's something you will always cherish and love to apply.
