I have noticed that you have been fluctuating between buying an android from Micromax, then Spice Mi 410 and now Galaxy S II !! What gives? Why such a huge gap in budget ? This question came to mind because of your mention of EMI facility !! Honestly if you don't need to flaunt it OR you're not a techie who will believe that he can tax the dual core processor 24x7, take out the last drop of juice from the handset, think about cheaper workable options for normal usage.. They sure work quite well for most people.. Otherwise it's a 3 month never ending race for newer handsets... (Even the EMI would not have finished by then..) Epson Stylus TX 121 >> http://www.epson.co....on_Stylus_TX121 is used by Home Minister. It's quite good in specs, very good print quality, original durabrite ultra ink costs approx Rs 249 per piece, compatible good quality color/black cartridge available for approx Rs 100 which also gives very good print output. Should be available for less than Rs 3,000.

I have almost completed the update to IP.Board 3.2 now which as you can see brings in a new look with more features. I mentioned "almost" since I haven't added back the usual addons like Google Search, Sidebar modifications, other customizations that was there previously, etc. which I will be completing in a couple of days. I will update this topic with a list of changes that is visible in the front end later, until then look around and check out the new stuff. Meanwhile please do let me know if you notice any issue (other than the missing addons/options as mentioned above) so that I can check or consult with the developers. Thank you!

Finally, "been there ... done that" moment. First hand look at the protest at Azad maidan (opp. CST station) in mumbai. A real scene of patriotism. People from all walks, ages, sections, rich, poor, collegiates, office goers, retired, everyone was to be seen.

Apple Used Flawed Evidence to Block Sales of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1? Apple reportedly used flawed images in its complaint against Samsung that resulted in a preliminary injunction against sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in most of the European Union, according to ComputerWorld. In its complaint Apple submits photos of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 claiming that the overall appearance of the two products is "practically identical." But the picture Apple submitted of the Tab is inaccurate and does not match the real Galaxy Tab 10.1, Webwereld discovered. Further investigations have verified this assessment. The Galaxy Tab due on the European market is taller and more oblong than the iPad 2. However, the shape of what Apple claims to be a Tab 10.1 resembles the iPad very closely. The picture of the alleged Galaxy Tab provided by Apple is cropped and its aspect ratio is distorted. According to Samsung, the Tab measures 256.7 x 175.3 millimeters, which translates to an aspect ratio of 1.46. The Tab pictured in the complaint however has an aspect ratio of 1.36. The bottom is about 8% wider than the actual one. We aren't sure what exact situation with these photos is; however, it seems unlikely that Apple would intentionally try to deceive the courts with an image that Samsung would immediately note as being inaccurate. Neither company has commented on the matter as of yet. Read More [via MacRumors] Source

Hi Arun, Thanks this is great, the text readability is better and overall it looks a generation ahead. Few minor quirks have observed. Gifs seem to be not working in profile pic. Existing profile pics have been distorted for some. The text size in profile description is causing word wrapping can be made smaller if possible. The paste from word function does not allow tables to be pasted that was much needed functionality missing, Can it be done please. Online offline indicator not there. In users online Google, Yahoo are there not sure if this is a quirk or because they are trawling the website.

I wish tata survives but telecom sector is too fast for TATA culture. Tata's are known for its slow pace. They take ages to gain momentum and telecom is exactly opposite nature.

NTT DoCoMo also have option to increase their stake in Tata DoCoMo so yes they are here for long haul. Surprised Virgin left TTSL, the other UK provider Vodafone is doing quite well so why did Virgin pull out of an emerging market with good growth prospect?
  15. 1 point
Highly unlikely as they (DoCoMo) have invested as much as Rs. 13,000 crores for a 26 per cent stake in Tata Tele and even put in Rs. 800 crores in the rights offering last month to maintain stake. The additional investment is being described as a part of their ongoing business strategy to expand presence in India - the fastest growing mobile market in the world. They are in for a ''long term relationship''
