Hi Jasmin, As you already have your MIN with u, you can do factory reset after doing so, just enter min again and your phone will start working, Data settings may require to be done again. but to start the phone just min is req. MIN can be entered directly from phone Or follow 1. select menu -> settings -> applications -> manage applications 2. scroll down and click "Google Apps" 3. click the "Clear data" button (you will receive a warning, click OK) 4. go back to home screen 5. pull down the notification menu and click on the message "Your account must be updated" 6. follow the onscreen instruction until you get to where it asks you to "create" or "sign in", click "sign in" and enter YOUR new Google account info.
