In earlier version of IP Board, when browsed from desktop browsers like chrome, Thanks given to a post was visible for guest users also. Now it is visible only if one is logged in as a user. Is this due to any setting or they removed the feature in this version?

However, after the update, my mobile network connection gets stuck on "turning on" after being activated (either by power button or from settings) and greys (as such I can't close it from settings). It can only be closed from power button. Please help me in reactivating my internet. Regards
