Call Conference Trick on Motorola Droid 2 & Droid 2 Global (Might Work on Photon & other Handsets as well)----- Create a contact with name 'A and save number 3, 1. all seperate. For Example Name - 'A Mobile - 1 Home - 3 And call the 1st person, after call connects. Add call and dial the second person. When your call connects, press home & open contacts. Open 'A and select/Dial 3 to call conference. And same way you can press home, Open contact 'A & Select/dial 1 to disconnect last called person. Please give me +1 if this works for you & Helps you. Thanks.

Hi! Just updated my motorola photon this morning with some .6 en us update and to my surprise the wifi showed error every time i started it. There is solution to it and it really works. Seems the update is related to wifi hotspot and it blocks the wifi for some reason. To solve this issue, go to wifi hotspot menu and create a hotspot once over your GSM data (not sure if its true for CDMA also, someone using cdma facing this problem can assist). now go back and start your wifi. its solved and it will work like before. Hope this will help to all fellow rimwebians.... Thnx

EVDO Rev B with 2 carriers offer 6.2mbps and with 3 carriers offering comensurately faster data rivalling HSPA+ which is why now GSM operators have woke up. There is also a rumour of CDMA operators being given spectrum in 1900Mhz band in near future as soon as defence vacates it. GSM operators want that the 1900Mhz spectum for CDMA should also be auctioned whereas the the GSM operators got it at throw away price because in GSM it was called upper 2G band for carrying cheap voice for the masses. Bottom line for us cdma users is that EVDO at 800Mhz gives excellent coverage indoors and we are all very satisfied with the speeds since on handsets any further speed increase will not have a dramatic effect. Negetively any 4G tech like Wimax , LTE whenever deployed, will only add to battery drain. But again these are my personal views. offending anyone is not my intention

Mukesh you are right even I do not see to find the option under the stock sms app. Imho the best bet will be to install Go Sms Pro (free) from market. It has the option to check the delivery report under the option -> settings -> receive. But still it only provides you with the delivery status of the message and not the actual time when the sms was delivered. I guess it is a limitation of android.

Ok, flashed CM7.1 on my Fascinate. Thanks Rajan ji for reminding that CM7.1 is here else I had just downloaded this and forgotten it. A few minutes experiience, very fast and awesome on Anndroid 2.3.7. Just like earlier versions of CM Roms, Data will not work on this for Non-Verizon users. Wait wait wait............. don't get disappointed. Where there is no way, there is XDA. After flashing this CM7.1 on my Fascinate I just reminded that some member on XDA had posted solution for using data on CM based ROMs for Non-Verizon Networks. I had earlier used this patch while using MIUI Rom. I just flashed that patch and thats it, Data started on my Fascinate. XDA Data Patch for Non Verizon Users Enjoy.
