its pretty easy 1.. download ODIN on ur PC 2.. attach data cable with PC 3.. backup all ur data and apps from your current ROM with the help of any app ( if you arte already rooted then use mybackup root from market ) its very easy just install and run and select BACKUP and backup all your apps first and then your data 4..note down your MIN no just in case 5.. switch off phone 6.. remove battery 7.. hold vol down button and insert data cable 8.. a big yellow DOWNLOAD triangle will show on phone screen 9.. double click ODIN and run 10.. you ll see a yellow COM port number flashing in one of the top empty boxes , that means your phone is connected to PC correctly and with ODIN as well 11. now dont touch any other option on ODIN screen just hit PDA button mind it just the PDA button and give path to the EH03 odin TAR file stored on your PC 12.. hit start and leave the PC and phone alone and dont touch anything the process will take 5 to 10 min , you might feel its stalled somewhere but dont touch anything let it finish 13.. once finished the screen will go blank on the screen and in ODIN you ll see a message of SUCCESS 14.. put battery back and boot ( booting for the first time will take longer ) have fun !!!

i guess its price vs performance ratio factor on which person should choose a device. before choosing a gadget every one should know the consumption appetite like e.g. how much hours you intent to spend with it? its quite difficult to say winner clearly as both the phones belongs to different class according to their spec sheet.like apples can't be compared to bananas though they belong to same category called fruit.as per my understanding on paper specs wise photon is clearly a winner but as for as lay man usage is concerned incredible 2 beats photon with its "ease of use" in terms of dual network compatibility(world phone). lastly nothing is perfect its all about advantages over disadvantages

For those who are rooted and like to play with ROMs, this CWM 5.0.2.7 supported by ROM Manager. so you can directly install/update ROM without going into recovery or ODIN. More details on XDA go through review before updating and decide on your own check out the video for how to update the CWM

I came across this very good tutorial for transferring files between your Android phone and Windows PC by using a free app called SwiFTP from the Android Market. Saves you the expense (inconvenience ) of picking up the paid app Websharing or using the cr**ked version of it either I tested this out and its working perfectly fine for me, so I do hope a few of you will find it useful too, for transferring your media files, etc.It is a little slow when transferring big file sizes, but hey, its a freebie and you're not using "unethical" means , so try it if you like. Link to tutorial here: TUTORIAL All thanks to Brian O'Toole, the author, for compiling a very easy to follow tutorial I have also attached a pdf version of the page with all the relevant steps here for those who would like to have the file on hand offline. Wirelessly share phone and PC.pdf

Remove +91 preceding any number and adding 0 There have been queries regarding this so here is the answer... I have the solution for Android and iOS based device - have tried some thing with WebOS but nothing worked. Android Get Prefixer - free app from market https://market.andro...tbelow.prefixer get any brocode / QR code scanner from market install it. ------------------------------ go to menu >> add rule >> use barcode and point to following the above QR code is for configuring prefix rule its done automatically Or you can click this link on your android mobile http://www.253below....59&LC=def&CC=no you will see the rule in prefixer enable it DONE you have configured it - next time when you will call +91 will be replaced with 0 this is only for outgoing calls - if someone else needs incoming too let me know. it forks for calls only for SMS its not yet there but its on company To-Do list iOS solution in some time.....kind of busy now
