smoking is not a permanent solution for your work load or pressure. there are better ways to get relief from them. i was a chane smoker a year back and i used to gave the same ridiculus excuse for that. just dont think about smoking. make it a hard n fast rule for yourself that u will not smoke for any reason. will power is the most.as vinay sir said body is one aur 100 saal tak chalana hai use. now u have to decide what you want life or smoking.
