In postpaid-telecom HIGHEST commission is given by TataDocomo and BSNL (avoid BSNL-postpaid though) at 0.7% (70p for 100Rs bills) and lowest being AirHELL at 0.2% (20p for Rs100 bills)... In prepaid LOWEST commission is given by Vodafone 2.0% (Rs2 per Rs100 TopUp) and highest by MTNL-Mumbai at 4% , MTS at 3.5% , TataCDMA at 3.25%... TataGSM and BSNL 2.25 to 2.75%, Axis of Evil (A + V + I) has different packs/recharge/commission on each circle (only national-pack merchants like me can recharge other circle AVI users)... Obviously AVI gives lowest commission and they are planning to reduce it again in a month or two and others may follow soon... In recharge shops, the shopkeeper gets 0.5% to 1.5% more commission than oxigen merchants (obviously the difference amount was given to oxigen and oxigen-distributor/dealer here).. For Eg:- My relative is TataDocomo postpaid dealer and he gets 1.5% commission (highest in postpaid afaik) and we get 0.7% and for prepaid he gets 3.5% and we get 2.25 to 2.5% Further we can do DTH recharges for all providers... SunDirect 3.5%, Videocon 3.0%, TataSky and BIG TV 2.5%, DishTV 2 to 2.5%... And few more are there like easygo insurance, flight booking, hotel booking, etc.. But I have used none other than telecom recharges and bill-pay (postpaid)... I got this account mainly to do online recharges for my roaming circle numbers (2G/3G/EVDO data) and to pay all my postpaid bills FULL-AND-FULL for my personal use only... So commission is not a big issue for me... In the last two months I have saved Rs300 (by commission) in 60 transactions mostly TataBillPay and BSNL FULL-TT... It is much-much better than doing online-recharges.. Atleast your money is safe, if something goes wrong... But for wrong-recharges (recharges mistakely done to different numbers) only Tata and RCom allows reversal (they also may remove this anytime)... So confirm the number more than twice if you are going to be using commercially... Further there are other mode of operation for oxigen recharges like SMS, mobile MIDP app, GPRS-terminal which costs Rs1000 to Rs2500 extra (one time) apart from the Rs1800 initial deposit... Please ask if you want any more details... Thanks...

Daily i get patients saying i am controlling to fullest still my sugar elves are high, on asking them further i find out that what ver they are doing as controlling is wrong. i am listing few points in no particular order - please explain this to people who have diabetes around you. - I am not taking sugar and rice we should understand that body can derive energy only from glucose and no other source - WHAT ever you eat be Fat or carbohydrate or in special circumstances protein so it doesn't matter what you eat it gets converted to glucose all diabetic people should control their calorie nothing else - intact if given a chance i would rename it to be - disease of excess calorie not excess sugar for real life example 72 year man said since last 15 years i have constant sugar high with medication and strict control i asked him his diet, he said i eat limited - i said go on tell me. this is what he told: Break fast: 1 plate poha + glass chai with milk Lunch: 6 roti + sabji + dal + extras Evening: snacks + chai Night: 4 roti + sabji + dal apart from this occasional snacks around the day now you all tell me is this a diet for diabetes 72 year man which he clames to be under strict moderation, without sugar and rice he is eating as he is 24 and high sugar is bound to happen - hell 6000 cal diet when he is supposed to have 2500 cal one. majority do this mistake so - fellas ask them to write it down and do a cal chart - remember diabetes is all about access calorie not sugar wanted to write more but - time gone let me answer them if you have doubts

NEW DELHI: In an effort to protect the interests of pre-paid mobile services users, telecom regulator Trai today said they can now get an itemised bill from service providers on request and at a price not exceeding Rs 50. "To ensure that pre-paid consumers get their itemised usage of their account, the service providers have been mandated to provide the same within 30 days to the consumer on request and at a reasonable cost not exceeding Rs 50," Trai said in its 'Telecom Consumers Protection Regulations, 2012'. The sectoral regulator has announced the regulations with a view to protect the interests of telecom consumers, particularly pre-paid users. The consumer can also get details of his tariff plan, available balance in his account and details of any value-added service activated on his telephone number at any time from the service provider, free of charge. According to the regulations, it will be mandatory to provide a start-up kit (SUK) to each subscriber at the time of enrollment to the telecom service provided by an operator, which will include the SIM card and mobile number, besides an abridged version of the citizen's charter provided under the Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012. The vouchers offered by the service providers have been simplified and standardised into three categories -- plan vouchers, top-up vouchers and special tariff vouchers (STV). The plan voucher shall be used for enrolling a consumer into a tariff plan. The top-up voucher shall contain only the monetary value in rupees and such monetary value shall be without any restrictions in terms of the validity period or the services used, Trai said. To promote further transparency and easy identification by consumers, a distinct colour band is to be provided on the reverse of each voucher. According to Trai, at present, about 96 per cent of consumers are in the pre-paid category and unlike post-paid consumers, the pre-paid consumers do not get any bills for their usage and the amount charged. As part of its sustained efforts to address the needs of consumers, Trai had initiated a consultation process to review various measures already in place and to evolve appropriate further measures to safeguard the interest of consumers by issuing a consultation paper, 'Review of Measures to Protect Interest of Consumers in the Telecom Sector' on August 2, 2010. Yesterday, Trai had announced the 'Telecom Consumers Complaint Redressal Regulations, 2012' to ensure redressal of complaints and service requests in accordance with the timeframe specified under the authority's quality of service regulations. you need to decide what you want. Do you want an insurance cover or an investment option? A product that tries to achieve both ends up achieving none. It is like a multipurpose river-dam project where one objective is flood control (for which the dam must be kept empty all the time) and the other objective is irrigation (for which the dam needs to be kept full). In the end it is neither kept full nor empty but half full. So when the flood really comes, it can not control it and again when drought comes, it can not provide enough water for irrigation. Separate your insurance and investment needs. Go for pure term policies to take care of your insurance needs at very nominal premiums. Utilise the balance amount in hand for pure investment products. If you do not want to take risk, go for the tax-free bonds now available. Very good options for those who are in 30% tax bracket. Utilise the Rs.1 lakh per year limit for PPF - the interest is taxfree. If you want to take some risk, go for Gold ETF or mutual fund. The only exception to the above rule is for those who are Defence or Central/State Govt or PSU employees. Take an endowment policy under Postal Life Insurance (Max. limit Rs.10 lakh face value). It provides life insurance and also consistently has declared 7% annual return (in form of bonus) for past several years.

^^^^^ I am using oxigen recharge... Even I was charged one-time fee of Rs1800/- and dealer gave me his receipt and not from oxigen and he is a well-known fellow to me... So I think he may not be cheating, but check with his old customers first... Reg oxigen, it was very very useful for me (I got national) for STV, Top-up, Postpaid bill payment, etc... The best is I can recharge for my roaming circle SIMs too without any issue... The commission is less (postpaid the lowest), but we have to blame telecom operators for this... The CC is also ok (much better than telecom operator's CC)... Only BSNL-postpaid bill payment has some issues (may NOT work 80%) ans that too is fault of BSNL... Even if charged for the same and BSNL didn't accept the payment (there lies the issue) the reversal was done after complaining to CC... Still I maintain one excel file (saved in DropBox) to keep record of sales (with their Transaction ID, balance, commission, refund, etc) and this also helps in keeping track of STV validity (another page in same excel file)... So far I am happy with oxigen services...
