2 pointsOfficial Sprint Nexus S 4G Ice Cream Sandwich Update Will Start Rolling Out Today, February 16th.
-
1 pointFeatures & Specs - http://www.google.co....html#/features Sprint Home Page : http://now.sprint.co...ID=vanity:nexus Stock Photos: Initial Observations- 1. Phone is a perfect size in hand. Neither too big nor too small. Very light too. 2. The sAMOLED screen is brilliant and curved screen is fanciful 3. It is already on 2.3.7 Stock Gingerbread, much higher than the S2's 2.3.4 Edit: Update to ICS 4.0.4 4. The glossy back can be prone to scratches 5. The volume seems lower than the S2 but is still ok 6. The wifi network coverage and tower connections are also slightly poorer than the S2 7. It could not get activated by *228/*228001/*228015 and I had to manually feed the MIN after MDN retain. Edit: I heard it is actually done by *22898 8. The camera quality is quite good of both the front and rear cameras. Videos can be taken with flash from both of them. Video Chat on Gtalk worked perfectly. 9. Facebook sync of contacts does NOT work as Google and Facebook have blocked each other and having a well documented tiff over this. Default Facebook app, however works well. 10. There is NO notification light. My better half likes it that way unlike me. Less disturbance, she says. 11. There is ONLY 16GB internal memory. No sd card slot. Should be sufficient for most. 12. The 3.5mm and micro usb slots are on the bottom which I think is the perfect place for both of them. 13. No dedicated camera button. Only volume rockers and power button on sides. Nothing on top. 14. The COST of the phone is the biggest ++ point and I suggest people looking for top of the line phones for their better half's, better get this. It retails at 30K in GSM. (20k for the LCD model). 13~15K for this one in cdma. 15. This will be the 1st phone to get Ice Cream Sandwich update after the Galaxy Nexus (most probably next month) and may also include the much hyped Face Unlock feature. 16. It already has NFC (Near Field Communication) which is absent on the S2, so its quite future proof. 17. The 1500mah battery lasts 2 days without evdo. 18. GPS lock is very quick, however there is a 5 degree magnetic north pole error that I found on all Samsung US phones including Epic. Only the S2 is the exception and I feel its a software issue. Some photos - Unboxed - The back cover with the NFC antenna embedded in it The 1500mah battery Compared with the Sprint Galaxy S2 Already on 2.3.7 2 pieces bought

1 pointAt last RIM introducing few usable plans for mobile 1x/evdo users… But plans are not pocket friendly & not for Aam Aadmi(because its only for post-paid)….they will offer 500mb@199 INR…Its very costly.MTS’s mobile data(hsd/1x)plans are much more affordable & better….hope MTS will also introduce them pan India basis..But something is better than nothing….so atlist RIM users have some option now….Thanks to Hetal Ji & Rimweb users…all credits goes to them for forcing Reliance to introduce these plans…

1 pointthose are looking for best Online Books price - http://www.indiabookstore.net/ It is a fast and simple search engine for books across all major Indian online book stores. It is meant to ease the process of finding the best deals, and/or checking the stock status and availability for your books across all stores in one go. I find this one includes flipkart, infibeam, indiaplaza, uread, crossword, nbcindia, bookadda and landmark. I personally mailed to Animesh the man behind this website, he said more sites will be added. The site has a simple, no-nonsense non-comfusing UI and it is very fast!

1 point1. To start claiming housing loan deduction/rebate you need to have possession letter. For under construction properties, you can claim previous years housing loan deduction/rebates once you get the possession letter. 2. You can show HRA & Housing Loan both only if you are not living in your house for a justified reason (ie it is too far from your place of work - usually it needs to be in different city but there's no explicit rule saying this - so you can probably get by if its far away or if its much smaller/bigger than what you need). 3. Maximum benefit is when you rent out your owned flat while you live in a rented flat yourself. In this case you can claim full interest while your rent income will be added as income (less 30% deduction allowed for maintenance etc) while you can also claim HRA exemption. Off course your need to live in rented house should be justifiable as mentioned above (ie too far or too small etc) I know its pretty complicated the first time you do. Specially, claiming previous years housing loan dedn/rebate once you get possession letter. There is absolutely NO RULE saying you can't claim both HRA & Housing Loan - in fact its done by everyone who owns a house in a different city while living in the city where he/she works. Its just that doing it when both are in same city requires some good justification as a backup - though IT Dept never really worries much about this unless you have many houses. So, in your case - first wait to get the possession letter; then claim previous years dedn/rebates. Then if you are not living in your own house and have rented it out you can claim HRA as well as principal/interest (without any limit) provided you show rent income. If its not rented then the usual 1.5L limit will apply for interest. If you start living in your own house, then you can only claim housing loan dedn/rebate and not HRA. Actually, I have found that housing loan dedn/rebate is hardly worth anything as HRA dedn is usually higher. Its just that you are getting to own an asset and getting some benefit.
