Pulsar 200NS is based on the baby Duke. Bajaj copied lots of tech from it as a bargain to launch KTM in india. All the paid apps sold in India will now carry prices in Indian Rupee (INR). Developers have until October 25, to set their paid app prices in INR, after that Google will automatically assign INR prices for paid apps every month based on the listing prices. What does this mean for normal Android users? Until now, in the absence of buyer’s currencies for India, Android users in the country were charged in the app developers’ currency while making a purchase from Google Play. Google used to show app priced in INR to give an idea about how much they are going to be charged on their credit card, but the final purchase was in app devs’ currency only. But, that is going to change from October 25, starting then, any purchase that you will be making from Google Play will charged in Indian rupees on your credit card. Not only this saves you from any foreign exchange conversion charges from your credit card provider and is also easier to keep track of. This will also likely to result in Indian related app promotions as devs will now have opportunity to set prices specifically for India. What does this mean for App developers? App developers will now be allowed to set prices for the Indian market in INR in Google Play dev console. This gives you the opportunity to set prices according to the market and also saves from any currency value fluctuations as you will now have a fixed price set for the Indian market. App developers have until October 25 to go to Google Play Developer Console and set prices for India, in case you are unable to do that, Google will automatically set the prices for you, based on the current listing price of your paid app and the prevailing exchange rate. These automated prices are changed every month to reflect the changed in currency conversion rate. We think the now that Google has enabled buyer’s currencies for India; it will also soon allow Indian app developers to sell paid apps in Google Play. Facebook offers Rs 50 Talktime For Every New User in India From Mobile Source In its bid to get more Indian users on its network, Facebook has silently rolled out a program that gives Rs 50 worth of talktime to every new user who signs up using a mobile phone. First spotted by Plugged.in, users have to go to m.facebook.com/tt and register from there to get the free talktime. This offer is only for new sign ups and is not available to existing users. However, users can refer others to join Facebook and will receive Rs 50 if they join.

After nearly 3 weeks of tearing my hair out and nearly bricking my phones with god knows how many flashes/ odins am back on my S3 with my data back up and running again. It seems it was never a phone issue at all, for some unknown reason my data had gotten completely deactivated from the back end. I was not able to get 1x or EVDO. As this coincided with the new update we all thought it was something wrong with the phone. Was about to send my phone back to God (HP) when noticed that even after switching back to my old epic still was not getting any data. I had not changed anything in the epic and it had working data ( 1x and EVDO) when i had transferred my number to the S3. Requested Hetal and he got his contacts to have a look and found out data has been blocked from the backend. It took nearly 2 weeks for that to get sorted out as they said my number is very old ( 2003) and there were not able to figure out a way to fix it. Anyhow finally its fixed. After this experience i request everyone to be careful , it may not be the phones fault every time and better to keep that old handset with working setting just in case some **** happens.

CDMA model confirmed for Sprint It would appear that several details about the rumored Samsung Galaxy Note 2 for Sprint leaked to the surface today, seemingly confirming many of the device’s features and its release window. A user by the name of Mr. Ed on Android Forums claims to have knowledge about Sprint’s Galaxy Note 2 and its plans for release. This, of course, is not the first time we’ve heard about the Sprint Galaxy Note 2. The device has leaked out twice before this but never as extensively. According to Mr. Ed, Sprint will be releasing the Sprint Galaxy Note 2 sometime in the fourth quarter of this year. That means either October, November or December. We assumed that this was going to be the case after Samsung said that the U.S. would be getting the device sometime later on this year but did not specify when.
