Here are some small tools to help configure CDMA Android phones. As an example, epst on 4.0.3/Sense 4.1 ROM on EVO3D does not work. Some epst does not work on some ROMS. I am using Viper ROM Sense 4.1 on EVO3D and stock epst did not work. I pushed in epst(2) of EVO LTE and now it works. Root Explorer>system>app and tick all permissions. Rename to epst.apk. Reboot! If you are using sim based Android phones like Galaxy Y or Galaxy duos cdma and would like to know your MIN/IMSI/MSID then install vz.phonenumber.apk. Thanks friends for the appreciations.... For those who are unable to connect through Pennytel, could be due to the router they are using. In order to connect through Adsl Router you have to configure the Router for different Ports. I don't have enough information as of now for this. Will dig up the net and post it here as soon as I get the information.

MTNL will be the best and they have improved a lot. Now they have introduced Fiber to Home where speed is as high as 20mbps... Check this link I doubt if you get unlimited with that budget. there will be FUP and speed will be lower after certain amount of download. I am using MTNL at my home for last 6 months or so and very satisfied. I am using Xpress Combo 600 plan it meets my requirements.
