By the way for people who want to Use S3 GSM+CDMA S3 Battery Doest Last much with CDMA or GSM on Evdo & 3G On if Razr Maxx is Dual SIM than it makes sense If same battery carries 2network Have u thought u will ever be connected to any of the 2 networks while travelling if battery is over prefer to keep 2phone than running out of communication... if u feel like using 2 connections

^^^ I agree. EVDO drains S3's battery fast. I have disabled many applications but to no avail. Even BatteryGuru fails to bring in any change in battery life. I need to charge my phone at least twice in a day and to carry an external battery (make Energizer, procured from the US). If I'm not wrong, the battery life was better on ICS than on JB (I'm on official JB). If on wifi, the phone doesn't get heated up, so battery life gets longer. I have very few options on good handsets to use on MTS. May I request the gurus to try now for enabling MEID of non-RUIM handsets on MTS?

Actually I am in same position as you. I have bought MTS Mtag 352, Android CDMA but somehow I did not like these too many features. I felt as if my life got complicated because of this phone, not to mention it is always plugged to charger. Hence I put it on in Buy/Cell forum and starteted searching for basic bar shaped CDMA handset for calling/texting purpose. It is so sad there are hardly any CDMA manufacturers left. I looked arund offline in market recently here in Hyderabad and there are only few handsets I was able to find: Samsung Mpower TV S239 (OMH) Samsung Mpower Muzik F219 (OMH) - this handest slows down after some usage. Everything runs slow after say 7-10 months of use Samsung SCH-B229 (unlocked) Samsung Digirap (brilliant audio clarity and high volume in calls and price is only 1500/-). Bit heavy and fat Online, I see MTS Striker ZTE C121 available from from ebay for around 1K. Make sure you tell us whatever you buy as it helps us too.

the main reason we need nv dump is for hdr password which is different for different phones so even after decoding nv you will need hdr password which means contact your seller for that or the person who registers the meid.again for 1x this will work on htc and samsung phones but motorola and lg phones need mobile + simple ip so there nv has to be little different.<br />
