Switch off your Phone. Step4. Hold down the HOME + VOLUME UP buttons and press the POWER button for about 5 seconds to enter into Recovery Mode. Though: ALWAYS have a backup of your phone. Important features might break when DeBloating system apps. Using the Nandroid Backup from the Recovery, Step5. Go to Backup & Restore by your Volume Up & Down key and Hit Backup for Nandroid Backup. This is the actual Image of Nandroid Backup. Step6. Go to back and Hit Install ZIP from SDcard and select the file Super_R530UVXAMD4_DeBloater.zip which you download from Step1. Step7. Then wipe cache partition go to Advance and wipe Dalvik cache go back and Hit Reboot System. This will Uninstall your unwanted system applications without any problem Don't forget to HIT LIKE if it helps you

I am planning to switch to GSM from my reliance CDMA mainly due to handset issues. Can anyone tell me how is the Reliance GSM network in Pune and Maharashtra?. Also how is GPRS in Reliance GSM?

Starting a new thread to get and make the information available on different 3G plans. I feel the requirement because now I feel that I would switch from RCDMA to some other GSM provider which provides competitive rates for 3G services. For last 2 years of so, I am using Idea and RCDMA with Motorola XT800. The voice requirement is served with idea and EVDO is from RCDMA. On RCDMA, I am on Zero Rental plan and pay only for data when I use. I dont have any add-on pack for it. At the max I get 20 Rs. of the bill per month. Because I also have 100 MB of data free on Idea. I keep the data always ON on my phone. For calling on viber, Kakao, skype I use EVDO. For other surfing purposes, EDGE is sufficient. But now, purely from the reason of having better and affordable handset, I want to move to GSM+GSM. So even though having the best association with RCDMA, unavailability of good and affordable CDMA+GSM handset, I would make a move. It would be sad to leave RCDMA's association which is now almost 9/10 yrs old. I would like this thread to provide information on different data plans (Only 3G - GSM). I got this info so far - RGSM - Rs. 123 - 1GB Airtel - Rs. 252 - 1GB Aircel - Rs. 198 - 1GB BSNL - Rs. 250 - 1GB Idea - Rs. 250 - 1GB Docomo - Rs. 93 - 600 MB + 500 mins. Debloater script that amit has shared, i had verified it myself, The benefit is that this script removes the apk and its odexed file as well. Also this has been developed specifically for this mobile The best part is it removes crap and stores them in a folder called removed apps. Its safe and does its work in a second And amit one can use it with twrp recovery as well, which is my personal favourite. 2x NOTE that down...........

Thanks Amit for your detailed writing. After rooting I used Root Uninstaller to remove all these. However, Super DeBloater is fast and safe, hence better, although there is no option to choose from a list. For CWM recovery, it is much easier to use CWM ROM Manager Premium which installs recovery quickly without any hassle.

I think Nitin it is easy to uninstall in a single shot rather than selecting one by one 80 app and the main thing is you don't have to remember which one to select or which one to leave. Triggered from Transformer 300 using Tapatalk HD

Download the firmware posted in the above comment. It will probably ask for a flash code for firmware upgrading. Use this tool to find the flash code. Once its done, your modem SPC will be reset to 000000. Now use CDMA WS or any other tools to change it to RUIM only. Done.

Get it unlocked by DC-Unlockr (a few minutes process) OR update the firmware using the link below. Will not require any other software or hidden process.
