From 'ShopClues' got my item - 24" TV delivered after 7 days thru Courier (used Railway Parcel Service from Delhi to Chennai.). Initially the Courier name was given as 'BlueDart' and on repeated followup with 'ShopClues' by phone & mail, came to know that it was sent thru 'DTDC'. Already worried due to arrest News & this wrong courier detailing added further tension. Price was reduced by Rs.500 in 'Shopclues' the very next day of my ordering the TV. Immediately - before shipping / delivery, I sent a mail and followed up for getting the TV with latest discounted price. After couple of mails, 'Shopclues' disowned saying "this is to inform you that Shopclues is a market place. Merchant sale product on our website.. . . we will not be able to fulfill your request.". Unfortunately on another online sale also the same TV's price was dropped by Rs.700/-, before I received the ordered TV. Moral of the Story: Don't trust one online Stores; keep looking for more discount announcement - especially for Home Electronic items.
