4 pointsSomehow my instinct gives me a bad feeling about this listing! Seller joined ebay only on 4th October 2013. Out of 65 user ratings, majority are for private listings so you can't see the item & value. Remaining user ratings are all for charger/usb cable not in excess of Rs 150 in value. In the listing seller says "Ships same day" whereas in reply to buyer questions mentions following, Hi If I order this item today then how much time you will take to place order? Locaion delhi Thanks Monish 10-Nov-2013 Dear Manish as these products are imported deliverys will actually be little bit delay Which we will inform you very soon . Sir we are selling this item very cheap coz we brought one lot of stuffs from singapore under auction as shopkeeper was moving out of his business Now this is not to discourage/put down anyone, all the above may not matter / i may be wrong in the end but currently my "If Its Too Good To Be True, Its Not True" signal indicator is at highest threat level, Code RED! Those who bought please share what happens & those who will buy, Be Safe.

1 point@ Mods I deliberately started this thread in General Chat. If you think this is wrong place, please move this thread to appropriate section. Later please remove this lines. In recent past, there has been brief bouts of discussion on RIMWeb about pollution, carbon footprints and global warming. Today it just stuck in my mind that there are so many electronic things which we buy, use and change even when useful life is left. For example, today I bought wireless KB + Mouse just to replace perfectly working keyboard and minor problem in mouse. Means if not mouse, atleast keyboard can be used by some one. New pair cost about 1800 bucks. Only keyboard may be costing about 1000 bucks and mouse alone may be the same. So I thought, what if I send or give it to some one who is about to buy new key board or may be he needs to buy keyboard. In any case I am not going to use it and it will be scrapped after some time. Hence I decided to post a thread where I will be sending this pair of Logitec pair of mouse and KB free. I will only charge for actual courier charges. Trusted Rimwebian may pay me once they get the stuff. Other people may pay me in advance. Also this thread is to be used for free give away without any obligations on either side. Please do not post if one is really not interested to give away free. If I get proper response, I am going to offer following thing: 1. BSNL ADSL + Wifi router 2. may be I have few chargers and data cable for various phones. 3. Some working computer hardware parts like HDD, RAM, graphic / modem cards etc. Will prepare list and post. All are invited to post their old stuffs too.

1 pointMotorola wants to tattoo a mic on your throat source: Apple patented iWatch name. Samsung patented metal body for smartphones. And guess what Motorola has patented now? A technology that tattoos a microphone on your throat, complete with power supply, antenna, receiver and even an optional display! According to the patent application filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office, this tattoo on the throat will act as a standard microphone that will pair with mobile devices over Bluetooth, NFC and ZigBee networks. The microphone will pick up vibrations straight from the larynx (or voice box in layman's terms) in the throat, thus eliminating the background noise that many calls suffer from and make for clearer voice quality during calls. Motorola's patent filing says: "The electronic skin tattoo is capable of receiving an initialization signal at the controller and from the MCD (mobile communication device) to initiate reception of an audio stream picked up from the throat region of the body for subsequent audio detection by the MCD under an improved signal-to-noise ratio than without employing the electronic skin tattoo." The filing says that the tattoo can be applied on animals as well and can be embedded into a collar or band (both flexible and stiff) that is worn around the neck. And that's not all. Motorola's throat tattoo will double up as a lie detector too! The patent filing says: "Optionally, the electronic skin tattoo 200 can further include a galvanic skin response detector to detect skin resistance of a user. It is contemplated that a user that may be nervous or engaged in speaking falsehoods may exhibit different galvanic skin response than a more confident, truth telling individual." This is certainly one of the most unique ways of tapping into the world of wearable computing, which is witnessing a huge interest, thanks to Samsung and Sony's smartwatches and Google Glass.

1 pointMy experience with Strontium 64gb Nitro sd card I have been using Samsung 32 gb micro sd card class 6 for 4 years since my HTC EVO days. Since I root my android phones and need heavy storage space for nanoid and flashing roms. A nanoid backup on the HTC EVO used to be 500mb, 2 gb on a Samsung s3 and now a woping 5gb on a note 3. I decideded to upgrade to Strontium 64 gb class 10 Nitro sd card for my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which I purchased on Infinbeam.com. It worked fine the 1st day but my phone stopped detecting it the next day my note 3. I tried formatting it but my note 3 just wouldn't detect it. I am seriously disappointed with the Strontium 64gb Nitro Micro Sd card class 10. Since it was in warranty I sent it back expecting a replacement but my exitement turned to disappointment when they refused to replace it saying they took a few photographs and stored it on the sd card and it was fine. Inspite of me telling them to try to store heavy data and they would not listen. I was surprised with the laidback attituted of infibeam, it took them more then a month after repeated followups. I also sent them video proof that the strontium card was defective but still they would not listen to me and treated me like I was a lier, finally I had to let of 20% of the paid price as restocking fees. Link to the video https://www.dropbox.com/s/4zogz2ndg24mf4y/2013-10-20%2017.57.19-1.mov On the other hand Sandisk ultra 64gb class 10 card is working fine for past one week which I purchased thereafter. I just find it a little slower on benchmarks as compared to Strontium 64gb class 10. Sandisk is my choice.

1 pointIphone is meant for 2years child as well as 70 years parents. Both can easily understand and trouble freely use. Like wise, the mac in computers. Once you started using osx(Mac OS) along with apple hard ware you will never regret for paying for it. How much offen you format your PC? Normally formatting of Mac is rare. Only in case selling it. I advice u to use it for at least a month(even from a friend). Then you will tell so many things.

1 pointI'm offering the following two items for free. I'd prefer to conduct a lottery for these after a few days, may be after a week. In the mean time, I'll get them packed and will check the shipping charges. I'd like to have the amount transferred to my account which I'll apprise to the winners through PM. 1. External batter charger cum cradle for Samsung Fascinate / Mesmerize. This is Korean made which I bought from the US and used very sparingly. It is helpful for those who have extra battery for Fascinate/ Mesmerize 2. Micromax Canvas HD flip cover. It's brand new. I bought a flip cover for a Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 but the seller shipped this by mistake. This is redundant to me.

1 pointWhy spend so much for a large size monitor? Buy a 32" Full HD LCD or LED TV from a good brand and use it as a large size monitor. You won't get any such large size monitor at a similar/less cost. It's the same LCD panel but monitors are sold at a much higher/premium price. Ek Teer Do Nishan.
