^ ^ ^ In terms of other hardware specs both are similar except, P780 is 5" & S820 4.7" display. S820 seems to have gorilla glass mentioned in specs. P780 weight is 176 gram, S820 143 gram. P780 has 8MP camera, S820 12MP camera. Biggest differentiator though is P780 has massive 4000mAh battery whereas S820 has 2000 mAh battery. P780 around Rs 17,500 & S820 Rs 16,500. I would suggest P780.

Back to RIMweb after a week long outstation trip to regions with no connectivity most of the time. This is perhaps the first time since last 3.5 years that i have been away for a week from RIMweb. Could access only occasionally due to pathetic Reliance CDMA network in Maharashtra. I was surprised to find that the moment one left a city/town, network was almost zero on highways/interiors. Many villages also had no network despite important religious places.

Diwali is coming. You would be surely going to shop right? You will buy new clothes, get some firecrackers, make or buy sweets, clean up your house, and enjoy the festivity and the joyous atmosphere. Wouldn't you? We all would. I have a request to make. When you shop and come back avoid talking about your purchases in the ric/taxi in which you travel. The driver will feel bad because he can't buy the same for his kids. When you burst firecrackers, give some to your watchman so he can give it to his kids. You dont need so many anyways. When you ask your maid to clean the house stand besides her and help her with her work, she will be cleaning two houses this diwali. When you make some sweets give it to the kachra vala who comes to your house, so he may have something nice to eat for a change. We will surely have a Happy and a Prosperous Diwali, there are other people less fortunate than us, who won't. Don't make them feel that. Include them in your love. This diwali don't just increase Diabeties, pollution and your credit card bills. Increase smiles.
