Sonia: How was the interview beta? Raga: Mom, I prepared for history exam and arnab took math's Rahul Gandhi’s interview reminded me of the Azharuddin days. Commentator: How is the pitch? Azhar: The boys played well Arnab: What came first? The chicken or the egg?? RaGa: We want to empower the chicken and give RTI to the egg. :-D If RaGa becomes PM, the red beacon that he'll get for his vehicle will be called LOL batti Rahul talked of empowering people a 100 times in 10 minutes. And he has not been able to empower his PM in 10 years! Rahul Gandhi just told Arnab Goswami that the questions are out of syllabus. You know how in exams we know very little and try to fit it in every answer? That's what Rahul is trying to do in every question! The fundamental issue at hand is by the time Rahul understands the question Arnab is on 3th question Rahul Gandhi has now said 'empowering women' more number of times than total women population of the country. This is like watching 2 different shows. Arnab's questions and Rahul's answers. Arnab: "Would you have a debate with Modi?" Rahul: "Look we need an alternative. Tap global energy. Empower women!!!" Arnab: What is your name? Rahul: Empower women. Just In: Arnab Goswami booked for raping Rahul Gandhi under section 377 If Stupidity was measured in bricks, Rahul Gandhi would be the great wall of China. Every time Congress try to dig a grave for Narendra Modi, Rahul Gandhi jumps into it. Somewhere down below Indira Gandhi must be slapping Rajiv for not using condoms 40 years ago !! World's leading Condom companies are buying rights to the Pappu's interview ...to prove a point ...dont repent later and the best.... If you missed, Rahul Gandhi interview will be repeated on Pogo Channel !!!

Update: The hard disc was more than 3 years old and out of warranty as per local dealer. I checked the serial number on western digital portal and it was showing under warranty till 03/2015. So i created a login and registered my drive and created a RMA [Return Merchandise Authorization] for same. I did this on 6th Jan, but the hard drive was finally picked by BlueDart on 21st Jan [after complaining on WD customer care] But today I got a new 500 GB hard drive to kill again.... So those of you who have WD drives, register them on their site and enjoy their slow but reliable service if required. Link: http://support.wd.com/warranty/index_end.asp?lang=en You can use the above link to check the remaining warranty on your drive. Screenshot attached. Total expenditure: rs 5 for print out and cello tape

Nandroid backups do exactly what you want - they make a compressed file of the entire filesystem on the device and this can be unzipped and written back to get the exact system back - with all apps and their progress data, icons and their placements etc etc - everything will be identical. However, unless you have root there is no way to copy or write back the whole filesystem. Without root you can try the various app backup tools which try to back up all apps and their data but these have never run perfectly for me. They always show some apps as unsupported. Even if you don't have root, if you can boot to a custom recovery like CWM/TWM etc then you have full control for overwriting the entire filesystem since android has not yet booted. In this case you will need to run the backup/restore command from the recovery menu Or from adb shell on PC (connected to the tablet with USB). Genymotion runs very nicely for me on Win 8.1 and I am able to install Play Market and apps. Am using BBM on PC through this method currently. One advantage of Genymotion type of VM methods is that you can just copy the specific android OS folder you are going to tinker with and later just copy it back if you have spoilt something. I even use a Win8 on VHD (native boot) like this for any R&D type of things so that I can just copy the original file back (even if its 30GB for win8 typically) if installing multiple drivers or apps spoils things beyond repair. (though this happens less with Win8 than with earlier win versions) Have you tried the NRT (Nexus Root Toolkit) - it will easily let you boot a temporary recovery image (by sending the kernel from PC over ADB) so that you can overwrite the OS with a nandroid back up without rooting the device. It will offcourse unlock the bootloader to do so but you can later lock it back again (that wipes all the data though) Are you facing problem / crach only in installing Play Market on Genymotion or some other times also ?

i agree its very difficult to get claim ratios in india, but please avoid getting mislead by high closure or settlement ratios it has nothing to do with denial or payout ratios denials ratio = # denied / total claims claim payout ratio = actual paid / total claimed most [if not all] insurance companies in the country consider a denied claim as 'closed' or no longer pending so then can quote 90-95% ratios to mislead the public - the balance is usually the number of claims in process which will always be low they will never disclose denials or payouts which is what directly impacts you during any claim abroad its mandatory to disclose these 2 ratios on the application form itself! irda will take another decade to implement these transparency norms... mera bharat mahan! The basic principle before choosing any term plan would be its claim settlement performance. Now, since aegon religare being new & with very small customer base, it is yet to prove itself on this front. Mere satisfactory performance upto policy issuance is not the true indicator. So, as you can see on page no 50 of this public disclosure found here http://www.aegonreligare.com/download/file/fid/2041 the total death claims settled were hardly 79. On % basis, they did settle 79/79 claims that works out to 100% ratio for death claims. But, 79 is a very small number to judge. I have seen ICICI, HDFC, Birla, Aviva with claim settlement ratio anywhere between 90-95% n settling thousands of claim in a year. At the time of me buying Aviva, aegon was cheaper even then, but I did not wanted to go with new company specially when there were lot of rough patches in insurance industry. That said, as long as you are disclosing every material fact in your proposal form, no company is going to reject your claims. Claims are denied most of the times due to wrong information given at th time of buying for ex. 1. Not disclosing smoking / drinking habits 2. Not disclosing previous policies 3. Any other important material disclosure Most of the times, agents are the culprits for above points as they will never ask you these points and fill the form blindly for the sake of issuance n thereby commissions. So, to sum up, go with any company that meets your requirements, but see that you read n answer each n every point in form correctly. If so, you need not worry...
