1 pointNo need of custom rom Current rom is OK . To get root access install twrp recovery, when u reboot from twrp it will ask for rooting the phone. Root from there , then after reboot SuperSU will be installed automatically over mobile data or over WiFi. Then u can follow WiFi tether guide Sent by Moto G on Reliance CDMA
