Both data and voice will work seamlessly. There is no need to change or select the network as it will switch automatically. Its just like how AirTel, Idea and Vodafone are already sharing network each other in circles where they don't have 3G license. It isn't clear yet whether Reliance GSM customers in non 3G circles like AP can subscribe for new 3G connection. Supreme Court had banned AirTel, Vodafone, Idea from signing up new customers for 3G in circles where they don't have license. So I would assume Reliance will also have that limitation.

selling HCCs, Blank RUIMs, raising proper SRs, are very old tricks of earning money by RW's staff members as there is no check and audit mechanism in place for the same. This reminded me of an instance few years back, when 3 members of one RW were fired cos they did the same with Corporate Vice President of RCOM, who was on surprise visit and nobody, even at circle level, knew about his visit.

Here is the comparison of unequals between Samsung NOTE 2 with 1.6 GHZ, Quad core, Exynos, Arm 7 CPU, 2 GB RAM (Free about 800 MB), Android 4.3 Display resolution and size is biggest differentiators for the performance but for general use, I am sure LAVA 406Q will not lag. NOTE 2, ANTUTU and QUADRANT BENCH MARK SCREENS, price : About 20K LALA 406Q with 1.2 GHZ Quad Core, Qualcomm, Snapdragon 200 CPU, 1 GB RAM (Free About 300 MB) , Android 4.3 LAVA 406Q, ANTUTU and QUADRANT BENCH MARK SCREENS, price : About 7K Both handsets are as debloated to max possible extent. Both has SKLAVEX call recorders running as service. In Note 2 has additional app running in addition were Cardio Trainer, Alarm and Bluetooth. Who is looking for decent productivity related performance (may not be good for demanding gaming) at good price may consider Android phone with Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 CPU coupled with 1 GB RAM.

Better go for this:http://www.amazon.in/gp/aw/d/B001F7AJKI/ref=redir_mdp_mobile?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_details_o00_s00_i00It will save 100 rupees. Do you really need a card reader? Normally, the card reader in your link is of poor quality.

Yeah, very likely including new 3G connections in circles where they don't have 3G license. This new ruling also means all operators will be able to share their network for 4G as well which will help them to compete against Reliance Jio who has pan India license.

Ecosport will cross 10L in its diesel avatar. If that budget is OK with you then go ahead. But if you are ready to shell out 10L, then I think the new Polo TDI is well worth a look. I would have gone for Polo TDI over Ecosport Diesel. The premium feel of the Europeans is a league ahead.

^^No noticeable difference in performance on any PRL in Reliance in any circle. But in other countries there exists a specific set of PRLs based on circle, region and subscription. LG Optimus G and Huawei Ascend W1 works on EVDo Rev. B. Rev.B development is not gaining focus because Sprint and Verizon do not need EVDo Rev B. They believe they have transformed Hi speed data into 4G LTE and that technology is future proof for the time being. In US, those carriers who do not offer 4G LTE, automatically get LTE roaming on partnered networks. The other factor dominating 4G LTE is a possible unification between GSM and CDMA. One number, any SIM, any handset, any network. Home Office with Samsung Note8
