    Dump file contains data (internet) parameters for your phone (meid). We generate this while sending meid for registration with reliance. But now as registration is closed, we cannot register meid so your phone is useless for reliance (as of now). Tata is possible with 1X data. Bsnl topic already posted. Don't know about MTS .
