Don't worry DOT is about to finalize rollout obligations for 3G and 4G spectrum which ideally they should have done before auctioning the spectrum. Though RJIO is slow mover but still I would say they are working. However, there are no updates from operators like Augere and Tikona whether they will launch their services or sell off. Meanwhile, I would like to appreciate efforts of Airtel which seems to be serious in providing in services. They have already launched 4G services in couple of service areas when 4G ecosystem is yet to evolve. They have 4G spectrum in Delhi by virtue of buying Qualcomm's license but still they are launching first in non metro areas.

its the best update ever my battery issues have been sorted out and I am getting amazing battery now look and feel has changed. love the new color coded themes thou the colors at some places are hard to get used to but with time I will get used to them. mails + contacts look much better with new color themes. blink feed has become better to use. now you can set different fonts and also are downloadable freely from playstore camera UI has changed and has become more easy to operate. Generic changes Wifi icon looks different Widgets redesigned to match the new look Lock screen reworked, you can swipe in 3 directions to get to “just unlock”, “unlock to regular home screen” or “unlock to blinkfeed”. Swiping up starting over home button unlocks directly to Google Now. Auto Answer, just put phone up to your ear to answer. Actually works pretty well. Feels a bit odd though. You disable it under Settings > Call > Auto answer calls if you don’t want it HTC Guide app, whichs helps you troubleshoot the phone and can help you to contact support etc. HTC Power to give app is now default installed. I suppose OEM chargers have overcharging protection also. What I mean is, one should use only motorola charger with motorola phone and as much possible, one should use the original supplied charger.

^^^ Simple answer is NO. As data card mounts as cd-rom , this is not writable memory by virus like boot virus. Software given in cd-rom is not updatable by normal users too. Updating files which mounts as cd-rom need special tools. As its not easy for any virus to do so. Its nearly impossible for any users to modify setup files in data card.
