Guru Gopal ji, please add xiaomi RedmiNote4G and xiaomi MI4 to the list of phones which supports both band 3 and 40... Hmm... Lenovo Vibe X2 is also one such handset, afaik... Almost all 4G enabled imported phones (from USA or Europe or Asian countries) support Band_3 LTE... Almost all 4G enabled phones from China either supports Band_40 only or both Band_3 + Band_40.. So list of phones supporting Band_3 ONLY will be very vast... Few examples are Huawei Honor 6, Lenovo Vive Z2 PRO, Moto X (2013 & 2014), etc...

See if there is a carrier folder inside the carrier folder. Also while asking questions please mention which Baseband are you on.
