Hi, After making LG tribute to RUIM only I tried Cropped MICRO sim, but its not working. Says "Invalid Card". Even i bought a new MINI sim and cropped to MICRO sim , but still getting the same message. But when i insert the reliance store provide MICRO SIM, calls and SMS works perfectly. I'm not sure why its not working on cropped SIM's. And data is not working, getting error "Unable to establish wireless data connection".

There are many phones in your budget like ZTE Engage, Samsung Stellar, LG Tribute, Motorola Razr M, Electrify M. By considering your points you should now select the models. USB Tethering and Hotspot works fine on ZTE and Electrify M. Whereas on Samsung Stellar root is required and a 3rd party app is required to use. Some cloners even programmed NV phones by reading RUIMs and used the SIM on a simple phone for calling and an NV based phone for data/HSD based on SIM's identity. The quest doesnt end with the HDR password retrieval, most phones require SIM AKEY for using cloned data. Now that there are a variety of OMH SIM cards available suitable for most carrier phones, I cannot share cloning information. It is totally illegal and will be liable for prosecution.

your handset repair possible in local market..but if you are know about JTAG then never go in local market.. This is very sensitive and carefully hard work. So in our local market many mobile technician available but they are not enough knowledge. Maximum mobile technician are 10th, 12th pass only. They are not know new technologies. So just they are practical with customer phone. If success then give money. If not success then return, but you are not know what he do with mobile. So maximum mobile technician are permanently destroy customer phone. And also change some parts. If customer says any question then also mobile technician are wrong answer.
