1 point^^^ Battery of this phone is non removable , so he can't do that. If phone is in warranty, get it checked by service center. Also if it is heating and rebooting then definitely some issue with hardware. Before going to service center , do a factory reset (backup your data before doing it) Sent from my XT1031 using Tapatalk

1 pointMaybe one reason, some little gap arised between battery and inside case and had loose contact. If it so, fill this gap with a paper by folding.
