In 1300, data is unlimited. I am getting better speeds than evdo. Earlier it was around 1-1.5 mbps...now i get 2.-3 mbps..No change in bill

300 ppi is not a poor resolution by far. In fact worlds most popular/hyped phone has marginally higher resolution. Did you know iphone 5/5s/6/6s retina display is 326 ppi only because it's more than sufficient for human eye on such minuscule screens. Anyways higher resolution contributes to faster battery drain big time but that's just my observation.

I had a dream In that dream RCom gave 4G data free for three months, Voice call and sms free for three months just like JIO to all CDMA to 4G upgraders. It is only a dream.

Hi , Am from delhi , Green park , am able to latch on to RCOM 4G since today morning , Speeds are varying from 6Mbps to 20 Mbps in morning., Voice call connects through 2G/3G.

Supports Indian lte bands, but no volte. So for RJio it's data only. For voice it has to fall back on RGsm. sent from my Lenovo Vibe P1 using Tapatalk

I dont use this for voice. Not tried even once. The phone sits on top of a window in usb tethering mode using raspberry pi as wireless router.

Looks like band 3 @ 1800 Mhz. Source : http://trak.in/tags/business/2016/06/28/rcom-4g-lte-delhi/ Apparently, from the source, it seems, we may get LTE network 'very soon', for other circles as well. But, the speed test given in this news, doesn't even compare to Airtel 3G. However, also mentioned in news about poor reception of network @ -107 dB. So, hope the wait is gonna over...

Why do you still need CDMA? Sent from my Redmi Note 3 using Tapatalk

No use in trying any other hack, as the problem is bad coverage of band 40 in your area. Even if you make your opo to work with jio Sim, the coverage issue will persist. Because by default in Jio networks 2300MHz will be used if available, then priority to band 3 and finally band 5. If you are getting 850MHz signal only, it means the signal of other bands are very weak. I can give you one better idea. Just find out one spot mostly near window or door, where you get weak band 40 signal and keep your phone there and use Wi-Fi tethering. sent from my Lenovo Vibe P1 using Tapatalk

Nice dream...but even though if it's becomes true...yet there is a challenge...guess ...hehehe the GSM NETWORK itself. It's like full offers but NO NETWORK.😁😄😜😝😆 Sent from my HTC One dual sim using Tapatalk

Rcom lost huge revenue in Gujarat. As said Dr. Faramroze. Maximum connections port Out to Voda and Idea as there is no Rcom 3g. Before 6 month We have CUG Group of 250 connections and other around 500 connections of near and dear. Today above 90% are ported.

RCOM CDMA used Lucent network cards and ATC hardware, Tata CDMA and BSNL CDMA used Cisco network cards and ZTE hardware. Reliance GSM used China made cheap hardware, some components costing a mere Rs 60. Moreover RGSM is based on 1800 mhz hence frequent maintenance. Reliance cannot improve voice quality after some extent so they have made illegal icr to Tata Docomo GSM even where it's own network exists. Idea and Vodafone have invested astronomically in 4G components so they will any day provide superior quality. If the upcoming 700 Mhz LTE slots are bagged by idea, it will be pack off time for RCOM-RJIO alliance. RJIO has an obsession to create and expand it's LTE capacity because it feels even if they dont get enough subscribers of their own, they will trade 4G icr with other GSM operators like Videocon and Uninor. 4G monopoly of RJIO will be destroyed further when 3G operators will give narrow band 4G on their same spectrum. There is no sim card ICCID IMEI binding like Jio in other networks. Reliance will definitely be instrumental in providing cheap 4G as LTE revolution but ultimately other networks will succeed. What you are asking is mostly network dependent and very less to do with handset. As long as all required bands are supported which tech specs can confirm. Other than that moto phones have a solid history of latching to networks strongly. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk
