Well after trying hard for two days I was finally able to get a wind 4 handset with the jio connection. The wind 4 has been discontinued and it is not available in Delhi with any reliance digital store. I was hell bent on buying this particular model owing to the enormous battery. Sincere thanks to Mr Kanaga who strongly advised me to get This particular one , it was on his recommendations that I zeroed in for WIND4 Thanks mate Now waiting for the connection to be activated. Will share the data speed, quality etc in a couple of days Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

QCN backup is not for restoring into another phone. It can only be restored in the same ESN phone. QCN is provided to compare each NV item, side by side, along with the QCN of the locked phone so the hidden RF item will be found. HTC M9/+ requires S-Off for any LTE band modifications. A custom international ROM may also be needed. carrierpolicy.xml in the EFS of M9 will have to be modified. All in all, never try to enable Band 40 on any USC, SPR or VZW phone or be prepared to lose it because the phone will not come in diag mode later.

Thanks a lot sir @kanaga and @joshm.. I have RN3 handset and using cdma in this phone. Till the time tata will be available, I use it. If it closes then I will choose any good gsm network(Airtel or Voda) as RN3 supports all network.

As Mr Kanaga suggested don't buy a cdma handset, but you were using Rcdma in bangalore, so I guess you already have a sim based cdma phone, Go for Tata they have good network and the evdo speed is decent too. But port out to airtel or Vodafone with the first warning signs of the closure of their network, till then enjoy. If you really have to buy a new handset then I would only suggestion to buy gsm only no matter what. Sent from my LGLS991 using Tapatalk

Don't invest in new CDMA phone for Tata. They may anytime close CDMA services in Delhi, as they have asked for liberalisation of CDMA spectrum there. If you have old CDMA phone lying around, use it. Do not buy new CDMA only phone, even for Tata. sent from my Lenovo Vibe P1 using Tapatalk
