RCom 4G LTE postpaid voice and data plans (smart plans) updated now. Not appealing though !! Smart 249 has no free talk time or SMS, only 1 GB 4G data free.. Smart 449 also has no free talk time or SMS, only 2 GB 4G data free.. More reasons to port out !!

Don't say that they are going to provide better coverage . Last week I was at Bangalore International Airport and I was very much surprised to find out that Reliance has NO coverage at an international airport.

They can't have any such agreement since TRAI will not allow. But yes ! if you are planning to switch then immediately you should port out to any other operator then you can switch to Jio after 90 days (i.e. by 15th November) - But if you continue with Reliance then you cannot port out after 16th August and lock in period would be till 30th November.

Hi i am from chennai. can any body tell me the call booster for migrated cdma to 4g sim. i have crosed the promo min for the off net calls.

I am using Flame 2 as hot-spot. 2 Laptops, 2 or 3 mobiles... More than 10 hrs battery lasts. If I started making calls (frequently) it lasts 5-6 hrs. But still it's good. It has 1 GB Ram and 8 GB Rom. Even with out offer, this is a nice purchase... Holly 2plus

If it is only for WiFi-hotspot / USB-teethering, Lyf Flame2 at Rs.3,499/- could be a better option. however, in Flame2 SIM1 is Normal SIM [Mini] & SIM2 is Micro. best wishes

I intend to buy Flame 6 and use as Wifi hotspot for home. My home gets range from 2 Mbps to 15 Mbps for Reliance Communication 4G connection. Is anybody has experience of using Flame 6 with Wifi Hotspot? I have 2 laptops and 2 mobile handset to get connected on this phone. Thanks.

In Bangalore, at places where there is no network, my phone keeps registering on Aircel, which I understand that they are merging up soon. But I also see my phone registering on Tata Indicom as well. Is there something going on with them as well?

Hi Depak, Sorry Didn't see your post till now. Yes Mine got activated yesterday even though my CDMA also showed tower yesterday !!! Was strange so I just switched off my CDMA mobile and started using GSM.

in tamilnadu, my cdma sim stopped working today morning. the 4G sim started working. Only 2G. but it shows roaming. im in home circle and why does it show roaming?

RCOM 4G is live in Varanasi, Allahabad & most likely in Lucknow & Kanpur also from last couple of days but couldn't latch using CDMA to LTE migrated SIM. Don't know about WiPods are started working. If any one has any further information, please share.

From Kerala, Calicut Today morning from 6:00 AM I was not able to make or get any calls. CDMA signal was showing available. I had set Call forwarding in case number not reachable, but forwarding was not taking place. I tried the new 4G SIM but it showed network not found. About 1:00 PM, I tried the new SIM and lo, it was working. After a few minutes, the call alert SMSs all came together, about 25 of them! My phone is not 4G, hence I don't know if 4G is working. Since it is postpaid, I don't know about balance carry forward.

4G is now working in Pune. It seems to be on same frequency band as Jio.

Update: my CDMA SIM disconnected and activated 4G sim
