1 pointIt surely will work. Actually the sim that came with the mifi was locked to be used in that device, but not vice versa. It supports any jio sim [provided it's not jpo one -- but almost all jpo are converted to jwo by now] and of course it won't support other network's sim cards obviously... sent from my Lenovo vibe P1 using Tapatalk

1 pointThere are still plenty of issues, primarily the interconnectivity. Suggest to wait till these get solved else it'll be nightmare to make or receive calls.

1 pointthey did have video + voice support UNTIL the app became jio4gvoice. and now it says Jio4GVoice (SMS&Chat) Online in status. No more voice/video call. There is no way we can communicate this to the developer, the support email in playstore is care@jio.com

1 pointMoto G3 doesnt support native video calling. JIO4GVoice (after update from JioJoin), doesnt enable voice/video call in this handset. However if i am connecting to JioFi Hotspot, it enables voice/video call for the hotspot number. They disabled app based calling for handsets that supports VoLTE, good move! BUT, what about handsets that support VoLTE and dont have video calling support ?

1 pointIn Mumbai I am getting patch data connection . Calls to Vodafone just don't get through . Calls to Mtnl dolphin and Tata Docomo get through with no problems . Data speeds to are almost always below 10mbps with very frequent disconnects . It's free so I can't complain . Else I would've changed the service provider long back . Sent from my HM NOTE 1LTE
