Tata Indicom Launched Night Unlimited Addon For Rs.99 At 2 Mbps !
Arun posted a topic in Other Broadband Discussion
The Night Unlimited plan allows you to use your Tata Indicom Broadband connection for free between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. - you will not be charged for any time that you spend on the internet in this period. For a nominal charge of Rs. 99 per month, you can experience unlimited internet at speeds of up to 2Mbps*. The Night Unlimited plan is great value for money for someone who spends even 1 hour per day accessing the net in this time band for it will mean paying less than Rs.4 per hour for Broadband access. This addon plan isn't available for all existing TATA Indicom customers, but for those having prepaid time based plan only. Tata Indicom Launched Night Unlimited Addon For Rs.99 At 2 Mbps !
Arun replied to Arun's topic in Other Broadband Discussion
It is not unlimited, but time based plan. It is 180 hours per month. So during 9 AM to 9 PM, you can utilize the 180 hours per month. It is prepaid, hence the "cards". -
It must be your secret girl friend in Bangalore trying to get in touch with you, but she isn't speaking since your Dad is picking up the phone. Give her your number instead.

whoa, its a wonder that you were able to use NetConnect upto Rs.10000 without get disconnected. If you have given the correct address when taking the connection then they can find you out. They do take such cases with the collection agency. Even if you get rid of the old number the name and address will still be in their records.

I think Sadik may be having some screen protectors, but I ordered them from eBay (USA) and it was of very good quality. I got it within 2 - 3 weeks time. I have also purchased a leather pouch, miniSD card and extended battery from eBay for my PPC 6700. You can get a lot of goodies from eBay USA (www.ebay.com > USA), just use the keyword 6700 and search there.

as a solution, you can try creating a new dialer from Network Connections and then connect using that. I'm not sure why it is having issues with Dual core systems.

"service service support from their side is pathetic" - in the sense you have been experiencing downtimes or some thing else ? I've heard good things about AirTel broadband, but if you are experiencing downtimes in your area then you might have to look for other operators. TATA Indicom, Reliance BroadNet and MTNL are good providers as well, but check it with other people in your area before selecting one. For instance, I've heard TATA Indicom (VSNL) service is very bad in some parts, but at the same time it has been rock solid for me. So it just varies depending upon the place. I use Reliance BroadNet as well and its rock solid too for me. Price wise, Reliance BroadNet Prepaid will be Rs.1200 for 300 kbps (30 days) with unlimited data transfer while TATA Indicom is Rs.1000 + tax for 256 kbps unlimited data transfer. MTNL should be the cheapest, I guess they have the same plans as BSNL does ?

Yes, this has been happenning for a long time now. SpamHaus is a very popular RBL and is used in many mail servers. I have been informing this to Customer Care for sometime now, but no use. I have informed about it to one of their senior admin recently, I hope they will resolve it as soon as possible. Just in case this would help you... for the time being, I have configured our mail server to accept emails through SMTP if "logon to incoming mail server before sending" is done. But there is nothing that can be done if the recepient mail server uses spamhaus RBL and tags it as spam

Business Standard Mumbai - July 23, 2007 Global management consultancy firm McKinsey has moved the Bombay High Court against Reliance Industries (RIL) and Reliance Communications (RCom) for non-payment of dues of Rs 27 crore. McKinsey had signed an agreement in 2001 with Reliance Industries to roll out Chairman Mukesh Ambani’s ambitious telecom business. According to a winding-up petition filed by McKinsey last Thursday, Reliance Industries refused to pay the dues after RCom shifted to Anil Ambani under the settlement between the two Ambani brothers in 2005. RCom, in turn, refused to pay up on grounds that it had not signed any deal with McKinsey. The court is expected to hear the McKinsey petition on September 6. When contacted, a McKinsey spokesperson refused to comment. “As a private firm and matter of policy, McKinsey does not publicly discuss its working, including any arrangements with clients,” spokesperson Sunali Rohra said in an e-mailed response to a query. While RIL did not respond, an RCom spokesperson refused to comment, saying the matter is sub-judice. According to the McKinsey petition, RIL President Manoj Modi had hired the consultancy firm to advise it on setting up the telecom company, following which the global firm set up six separate teams both in India and abroad, which cost $325,000 per month, apart from other costs. There was also a clause that McKinsey would be entitled to extra payments as and when Reliance’s telecom business crossed the Rs 10,000 crore turnover mark. However, when McKinsey put up the claim to RCom last year after the firm crossed the Rs 10,000 crore milestone, the Anil Ambani-controlled firm declined to pay. RIL, on the other hand, claimed that it had transferred all the assets and liabilities of Reliance’s telecom business to the Anil Ambani group and, therefore, was not liable for any payments. The Reliance group was split into two entities in June 2005. While Mukesh Ambani received Reliance Industries and its key petrochemical, oil and gas businesses, younger brother Anil Ambani received the group’s power, telecom and financial services businesses. The telecom business was hived off from Reliance Industries as part of a demerger proposal approved by the Mumbai High Court on December 9, 2005.

@raharsha I think you have confused it with Reliance BroadNet service, its not Wimax ! -
Bill Gates isn't going to reward anyone for finding out the reason for that, but it is a test feature included inside Word for checking the font. It isn't considered as an Easter egg either, but it is documented in Microsoft's knowledgebase. The test sentence "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." contains all the 26 characters of the English alphabets.

Anil Ambani Unfurls Grand Plans At Reliance Communications Agm
Arun replied to Arun's topic in Reliance Communications
Now That is what i call good news Financial Express has reported the following today: Bit confusing with the conflicting reports, I think Reliance got the letter of intent after government accepted their application. The actual license is yet to be given as per the Financial Express report as above I guess.
