I guess you had already contacted me by email regarding that issue once. It was caused due to some problem at your ISP/Network, which is beyond our limits. Wierd that you are still facing the problem, haven't received any reports of similar problem later.

IPB's search feature does seem limited when used initially, but as per experienced users, it does give quite accurate results when queried correctly. To be frank, I don't get much expected results with it too, as I'm yet to master it. Hopefully, the next release of IPB should address this. Meanwhile, I'll look into third party search scripts

Not sure if its anything to do with the data cable you have got, but local data cables do work, I know my neighbour is using a local data cable for his 2130 without any problem.

FYI, this does not have anything to do with your FWP or R-Connect. I had the same problem last month. I got it resolved by uninstalling the current version and then downloaded Yahoo Messenger with voice full installation file. There are reports in another thread mentioning about a recent degrade in R-Connect performace over the last few days, though I guess this is dependant on the network where *you* are now, and not a full network problem. Puneet, extracting data from the PDF bill can be done in the next version of this application as it would require more advanced coding. For a start, we can get the approximate usage time input from the user.
