I agree with Schumi, I am also frustrated with same problem since last 6 months with Reliance C.C. , their Representative doesn’t know any basic features of RIM :'( if we ask anything they depend upon their system, If Anil appoint RIMWEB.in user for one day to act as an C.C. executive they will satisfy each customer better then regular executives because we people knows much more things in RIM. I am highly impress with HUTCH C.C. executive if you ask them about any tricky question they will explain you with every in & out of that query they are so courteous & co-operative that you feel 100% satisfy. Today when I called to Hutch C.C. asking them about Roaming facility in Jammu-Kashmir they explain me full issue within 10-15 seconds without depending to system & even he ask me if I want to know something about GPRS system without asking him anything about that GPRS so it proves they are eager to sell their product to customer. While talking with their C.C. Exe. you will get SMS from Hutch stating the name of that Executive & asking you to send reply SMS(Toll free) about your experience with particular executive. So this type of services can win customer heart.

WAP is not free with any Handset if you are postpaid user just activate monthly subscription that will cost you 25/= per month otherwise it's Rs.3/= per login.

I enquire for Mini SD card 1 gb, I found rates very strange somebody quote me 1300 some 1700 & nokia dealer quote me 7000/- so please guide me where to buy from, which brand, under warranty or non-warranty.

I am using default 64 mb card & wanted to try Opera Mini so can you suggest me step by step procedure to load it on my 6265 pl. consider me as newbie for WAP usage, I am having DKU-2 cable so suggest me how to load with that cable & also let me know outgoing per month if you use such services as I called *333 for 5 different times & they are unware of such word WAP serives.

Good News (Hope so) I wrote complain email to Chairmans Off. & I just got call from Chairman office & he told me that they are going to dispatch 6265 by today so all webworld will get stock within a day or two. so I think tomorrow we may be blessed with long awaited 6265.

I just call to one of the Nokia dealer he told me that Handset has arrived but it's RIUN (like Sim card) system & that particular card is not arrived yet, so they will start giving handset once they get that card from RIM.

Don't ever let him know about our forum of 6265 , if he come to know about our desperation for 6265 he will raise the price above 20k looking to market demand..... Kar lo Duniya Muthi me.....

I just called to Nokia Cutomer care (022-30303838) even they are unaware about launching plan so now I request schumi & others to provide dealer name in mumbai who are ready to deliver 6265 in coming 6-7 days.

Forget about Nokia 6265 as Reliance is planning to switch over to GSM from CDMA, so now we will get wide choice of handset in near future. we all are lucky that nokia delayed launching 6265 (Paise batch gaye bhai)
