i too have been charged a huge amount almost 10 times for normal usage of stock quotes under unlimited finance pack.for 17 seconds i have been billed data downloaded as 1 mb whereas their service speed is 1 mb/min.all these days i was getting a maximum of 20kb per download.cc telling you have downloaded so mush.please tell me what to do since they have billed me for 3500 rupees for no fault of min.please suggest what is the remedy.

i am also facing the same problem.i bought one cable from microstar on ebay but it is asking for uart controller in the device manager.the cd does not have software for 5340 even though the folder is named as 5340 but inside the doftware is for 5130

the data cable of 7130 suits the 5340 mobile.but can anyone tell me why that rectangle circuit box is needed at the mid length of the cable.will a cable without that work?

i am getting bse and nse quotes intermittently.one moment i get the quotes,the other moment i get the message 'your request could not be processed'. no proper response from reliance.they are telling to clear memory but my LG RD5340 does not have clear memory facility.this going on for last one week and i am paying rs.99 per month for this finance pack facility.now they are telling brew version some problem.... nonsense.will somebody help me on this.Can TRAI BE APPROACHED FOR DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE ???

7130 cable is best suited

hi I am having lg rd5340 and using the usb cable of 7130 made by AVON since feb 2006. but for the past 1 week i am getting connected only after a lot of attempts inspite of signal being present.if i unistall the drivers and reinstall them, the phone is getting detected as usb device but there is no net connection.the words "PPP data" are not displayed. Is it due to cable fault?When i asked reliance they told it happens because i am not using usb data cable but only a connector cable?what is the diff?I have tried in a diff computer but this is recurring. please help.have the contacts worn out? the error message is 630 and the OS is win98se
