I would give point to all os i haved used from the scale of 1 to 5 i.e 1 being worst and 5 being the best Symbian = 1 (it was the best os some years ago on handsets like nokia 6600,6260 but now whole game has changed and no evolution from symbian) Android = 4-Good (Great OS but control of Google over it reminds me of microsoft dominance) Webos = 3-Not good nor bad(though i find same functionality as Android but there are very few apps) Blackberry = 3 (Good,Solid but before BB 6.0 was no comparision to Android or Apple)

I think the Fear of losing customers by MNP will force the Operators to get improve their QOS.

i joined rimweb in 2003. At that time reliance had just launched DAPO offer and was looting customers(Reliance to others free calling,but it was actually just 600mins) I was furious as i was also duped and was searching a medium to take out my frustration. While reading wikipedia on LTE and Wimax i had hoped that LTE should be launched in India. If the above Story is true then Reliance have lost a Great opportunity.

It depends on the version you are using.i like to play with my bb so tried diff os and found 5.0.0.230 to be the best. u can also try a hybrid based on 5.0.0.230 u just have to try yourself to be the best judge

hi fellow members My htc hero(gsm) T-Mobile touch screen stopped working after i accidently dropped it.although there are no scratches on the screen but i think it's digitizer is broke.i tried htc service center but they dont have it.can anybody help me where can i get a spare one. thanx

Did some search and found the digitizer at HTC Najafgarh service center.got it replaced today thanx everybody

@ hetaldp thanx for the reply. i tried on ebay and IMO it is costly,there's no problem with changing i can do it i didnt say it's not working 100%, it works sometimes. can u tell me any person in india through whom i can get one.

@mufaddal: nice guide though i loaded the os by this way 1. uninstall all previous installed os from pc 2. downloaded and installed desktop manager 4.5 3. installed OS 5.0.0.230 4. deleted vendor.xml 5. connected bb to pc and opened Desktop Manager 6. install the new os through App Loader in Desktop Manager that's it

I'm also using 8330(official).i am able to load OS 5.0 without any hitch.BIS also works
