I have been using this RD 2030 for more than 3 years.
While you are on a long duration call, the phone heats up, I am kind of accustomed to it. Hope no health hits on that count
At present, the device is all of a sudden hanging, then on one can't call from the device. I power off and on. no result. (display and menu keys do work, but keypad does not respond).
The keypress beep goes silent, and in such case when you dial, no ringing of the other device is heard.
At times, the power off (pressing PWR button) does not work. I remove the battery and conect again. Sometimes, the phone starts dialling some number (the call does not mature, if it matures nothing is audible as the speaker is dead) or it still keeps hanging.
I tried changing the phone line setting and reverting to Line 1. It also does not help.
Anybody experienced similar pain? Please help...
Or is it the time to write an obit for this device...
