As per observation we made, After u set a password for ur MMC, it will promt for password checking only when you remove ur MMC from ur mobile and put back. Eventhough after setting password if u dont physically remove the card, it will not ask for password. I think this is the reason. Can anyone else also check and confirm back to us?

Yes u r right...it asks for only few times...so one of my friend also kept password for the same long time before..but never asked him to enter password again..so he forgot the same... So do we have any solution to break the password....wht is the forward path?

If ur R-World is not working completely, i suspect that ur mobile s/w would have got corrupted....there is no hardware problem with that..i am sure abt it.. My friend also had same problem with his 6255 set...today only we got the s/w reloaded at nokia service centre and it started working fine.. Pls do approch service centre immediately... While interacting with service centre manager..i came to know that he is receiving multiple cases related to the same problem.... Regarding ur further problems like not able to send sms, mobile heating up and switching off....pls confirm me is it happening while using messaging service in R-world or u r referring to normal sms Puneet.. One thing can be done to overcome this problem.. Any tune from the galeery can be put as custom tune for members in caller groups....so u put the contacts in any one of the caller groups(available in contacts) and try to put cutom tune.. Infact it works out!!! I tried just now

Can i able to lock any folder in the gallery, so that nobody should be able to view the contents of the same...

One of my friends handset also had some problem with Nokia handset, ie it was not getting swtiched ON at all....So we took it to Nokia care centre and they said it is beyond repairable at their Bangalore facility, so need to send it to Chennai and told it may take 15 days. Its been almost 20 days, but still they say, they couldnt repair the set and offered to give a replacement handset which is a used one. So my friend rejected the offer and demanding for new set. But Nokia is not assuring anything and just buying time. My friend is really getting irritated and want to escalte the same to higher officals of Nokia.. Is there anyway to do this..pls help....

There's no dildari in this dear. You would get only Rs 150 talktime on 360 voucher with lower rates...same as other normal prepaid. while other gsm fellows give full talktime...BUT.......without lowering the rates. But indeed only Reliance provides this type of flexibility switching plans in prepaid tariffs...whereas other GSM will continue to charge same tariff irrespective of ur recharge.

Basically in Reliance tariff plans for prepaid customers is purely based on the voucher u load. So by recharging with lifetime, u r actually buying the validity of ur no and u r free to chosee any tariff plan purely based on the voucher u load. For Example... a) If u reacharge with fulltalktime top-up..u will be in default plan ie Rs2 for local and Rs3 for STD If u recharge with normal vouchers like Rs360 (Which gives 0.50 ps outgoing) or Rs 430 (whcih gives free night talktime to RIM) , ur tariff plan for that month will be applicable based on that voucher. After thar voucher validity period, automatically u will re reverted back to ur default tariff plan. If u still have doubts.reply
