HI, sorry i missed this post. my friend placed an order around february 24, 2006 then followed it up by ONLINE transfer of money to an IDBI account, (Rs. 15,000 for Nokia N-80) after the transfer was already done - there was no response from NOKIA-IND, after several phone calls and emails, and no positive response, my friend cancelled the ORDER and asked for a refund there was no response to this either after several phone calls and emails later one email was received from SALES TEAM at NOKIA-IND informing that my friend can do whatever to claim re-fund. This happened in first week of April, 2006 my friend and I are consulting legal recources available; at the same time we started looking up on the Internet for more information, when I came across this forum I am aware of the WIPO case that has been decided against NOKIA-IND, but that also does-not seem to have worked out well. Is there any way of finding out what other websites this person may be operating from? thanks for all your help

hi to all, am new to this, am not sure how this functions but wanted to know if anything latest has happened on this topic, a friend was tricked of Rs. 15000/- on the "nokiind.net.previewmysite.com" and this guy refuses to return the money or send the phone, just came across this forum through GOOGLE so thought of finding out is any action being taken! pls help
