    i think i found what was going wrong. i was executing directly from zip utuility. it seems to work fine when i run it after 'extract'ing to local disk. ok iam dumb, but the software should have realised the difference in actions ;( Nr

OS: windows XP s/w: rconnect installer zip for LG2030 serial type. when rconnect installer is exeuted it cribs about "failed to load MDMINST2K.DLL" i have seen this in help file, where it is quoted "pls download this file to comp if missing" but the file is available in C:\windows\system , system32 is it a dll version issue ? if so where do i get a new version of the same ?
