Hi, I am trying to connect my laptop to internet using 6265 as bluetooth modem by following steps 1.Switch on the bluetooth on your Nokia 6265 handset. 2.Make your handset in discoverable mode. 3.Insert the Bluetooth dongle in your Laptop and start the Bluetooth software that you have installed. 3.Then there must be a option of Device discovery or Searh for device in your Bluetooth software. 4.After the search has been completed it should show your handset in the search list. 5.Then right click on your handset name on your laptop and click on Pair device. 6.It will ask for a code,just enter any code and enter the same in your handset when it ask for it. 7.Now your handset should be connected to your laptop. It gets connected to laptop now, after selecting bluetooth modem under network options it asks access point there i leave it blank and then for ISP there i give reliance and for username and password i give my rim no but connection is rejected. can some one tell the right steps of procedure for this.I am using bluesoleil by ivt corporation bluetooth dongle

hi guys, First of all i would like to tell that reliance is doing all kind of mischief by removing the phone book transfer thru r-world on asking customer care they say that this feature is not available for 6265. Another feature of surf has been removed in r-world and answer from CC is same.how can reliance cheat people when they know that after purchasing the first thing that a customer will want is phone book transfer and why to remove a vital feature such as SURF. Can someone tell me steps of procedure to get connected to thru wap and in this case as i was using lg 2030 how can i transfer my phone book. Me too agree that battery life vis-a-vis claimed is too low.all of us should do something about it.

hi guys, I was using lg 2030 before i bought 6265 and i uploaded my phone book on R world but now i am unable to get an option in 6265 after selecting R-world, thru which i can download it on my mobile. Kindly suggest how to?

I had recently sent a mail to customer care reliance infocom but its a pity that there is no response of any kind from them.I dont know how reliance is known as world class in my view its third class and the attitude of customer care executives are also same. kya kare jab bhai bhai apas me lad liye to vahi attitude niche tak jayega.

guys, i think we are all wasting our time on this forum by talking endless on nokia 6265 which seems to be out of sight and if it remains so for a while it will be out of mind also. Theking should be read as Theliar as his dates are all fake.Rit now no one has a clue about the launch. :'( truly said reliance is not reliable there is great demand for 6265 or higher end cdma sets what reliance if offering is dumb kyocera at very high rates. Anil is not paying attention to you guys instead busy fighting board games with big bro. dont wait for things to happen rather make them happen by shifting to other gsm players where u have lots of options 6265 is not a high-end phone except for 2 MP camera. It does not have Ev-Do and it is a Symbion 40 series. In the international CDMA markets there are more advanced handsets are available with the support of advanced networks as well. You might eventually feel ok to miss 6265 because there are obvious better options are available but those options may be delayed in the market. That makes your decision to move to GSM/Airtel a valid one!
