same with me also, i had been to mumbai yesterday and i was charged for call forwarding from pune( i am from pune).i called up the customer service and yes they don't have any clue. As per the notification call forwarding should have been free. let's guess when RIM will clarify..

hi totally agree with you Dhirens, i am also facing the problem regarding GTRAN handset, and i wrote to Chairman regarding this and got the same reply advising to visit the nearest webworld. Reliance should compensate the gtran customers for the mistake they did by selling the buggy handsets.

there's no comments regarding this handest after 15 days of launch. Can we expect a review on this handset, whuch will be helpful.
