Dear Ani and Mr. Mukim... What I quoted was the information that I got and am not disputing what you peepul are saying, Ani has quoted what the Nokia site says, (i.e. what Nokia would be giving in the package as available for other CDMA Service providers), and Mr. Mukim's logic is also correct in this respect, that how can we get a BT Headset which normally is available in the market for anywhere between 1000 to 2500 bucks... but what I am saying or rather I intend to say is that, what one of the Reliance priority dealer told me... "The price of 6265 would be Rs.15500 in New Delhi and that the sales package would have a BT Headset and a 64 MB (might be larger i.e.512MB like the 6270 Sales package) card and a data transfer cable and a new type of travel charger (fast charger)... " I might be wrong for all the best reasons but this was what I was told... I hope what I was informed is correct.... Regards MO2

Hello Guys! 'Tis me again... I have been told that the price of 6265 would be Rs.15500 in New Delhi and that the box would have a BT Headset and a 64 MB card and a data transfer cable... Also that the set has reached the distribution end but has not been launched since they are short of the RUIM cards and that the same should be available in a couple of days... latest by Monday in a worst case scenario... Also I have been informed that it would be available on the very same day its advertisement is put in the Newspapers by RIM.... and also that the Ambani family is particular about the day and tithi so it would be a few more days wait... The 6265 is here... it is finally been put on the Reliance Website and would be available from tomorrow or earliest from today evening... and the price that is being quoted as of now is 17000 but official price from reliance would be announced only in the evening today... Hello Folks!! No need to be frustated about the 6265... The information I have from a reliance insider is that a bunch of 500 sets had been released at Mumbai in the last week on a test basis and all of them were sold out within a day... the response has been over whelming... and that Reliance is going to launch them in select cities within this week itself... the tentative price that has been quoted is around 14k.... Keeping my fingers crossed and awaiting 6265... Sanjeev

Having read the review and technical specs and having seen the photos of 6275/6275i as well as 2875/2875i both look an extension or if I can say revision of the 6235 CDMA phone... I personally still feel 6265 is a different kind of a handset... given an option between 6265 and 6275 I would still choose 6265 though 6275 has the advanced option of having a 2GB microSD card whereas both 6265 and 6275 have a similar 2.0MP Camera... and FM Radio with stereo... awaiting the 6265 desparately... though it is available in the Gray market of Delhi (Ghaffar Market) at around 14k... but would Reliance support a handset from the Gray Market is the question.... Hey guys heard today that this handset 6265 is available in the gey market for about 15k with a 64MB card... I need to visit the grey market to validate.. which I may be able to do it only on saturday or sunday...

Well Guys and Gals, Yeh aakashwani hai... Aaj ke mukhya samachar... Just had a conversation with Mr.X in Reliance and have been confirmed that 6265 is due to be launched in about 2 weeks +/- 3 days. then got a similar confirmation from Mr.Y in Nokia, who said 12 days +/- 3 days... for the launch of the indemand 6265... I dunno how much to believe... since X and Y both do not know each other... and both sources can be relied upon... cos they know that I am fond of gizmos... ssssamachar sssamaapt hue....

I am just back from the Nokia gallery and they informed me that Nokia 6265 handset mostly will be launched by the third week of June, with expected price of around Rs 14k through Reliance... Hope this news is true... and worth the wait...
