MSN likes Internet Explorer, and hates Firefox. 2) For this to work, you must be signed out of MSN. Go to the MSN Homepage, and double check you are signed out. 3) Copy this URL to Internet Explorer: Right Click On Here -> Copy Shortcut 4) You should be redirected to another URL (Another URL to login). Sign in. 5) You should see the regular hotmail once signed in. 6) Once you see the regular hotmail, do Step #3 again. Copy the same URL above. 7) Click 'Join Beta’ on the bottom (Scroll down!)

Lets say, like list down who all were not able to make calls/sms during 12:00 am - 1am during new year time or christmas. Its the time when we can know complete network capacity. Because subscribers will be using the max of available resources. lol mine was airtel and it went down at exact 12. But my reliance was still up and bsnl down. for 2-3 mins. So i give a first rating to reliance, second to bsnl and third to airtel.

Boss GPRS wont give you that speed. MAYBE EDGE but that too for Airtel MAX speed atleast here in kerala for EDGE is around 13kb/s
