  1. Lg Usb Modem Driver Installation Problem

    dear friends, i am also having the same type of problem. using XP...........Phone LG LSP 350R I have brought new USB datacable & installation CD. Started the rconnect installation. all goes well ............drivers got installed successfully. But whe i connect the phone to my pC it doesn't recognize it & shows as unknown device. tried all troubleshooting but of no help............. SO can anyone help me outtttttttttttttt of ittttttttttttttt. also where the problem exactly lies in PC , datacable or driver,,,,, Thanks

    Dear friends, I am also using LG LSP350R I am also having same problem as anurag, i have XP installed. The PC cannot detect the phone. I have followed the step by stepp instructions, after downloading the drivres from the Reliance website. I have purchased a USB data cable for the device. After installing the drivres, after the PC reboots, the hardware wizard fails to launch and the PC fails to detect the landlin instrument. Please help Help me out where exactly the problem lies.. in PC ........data cable or drivers

    I am also facing same kind of problem as of abhisek. i am having LG LSP 350R after installations drivers get installed. & after connecting phone to USB it shows as unknown device. I tried with all 4 usb slots available but no use... what wll be problem.......computer............or data cable on Drivers.

    Dear friends, seems that u are using lots of stuff of reliance. I am using LG LSP 350R phone. But i am facing lots of trouble with this. I tried with serial, usb cable for internet connection but no use. When i starts installing all goes well upto LG USB Driver installation. They installs succesfully. But then when i connect my phone to comp via usb the computer shows message as Unknown device & computer can't recongnize it & doesn't recognize the modem eventhough i have installed driver. Is there any probs with my comp or that with data cable or cd. PLeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeee help me on these. Thanks PRanab
