Well, I had bad experience for getting HCC in hyderabad too. It was not available in any Reliance WebWorld or WebWorld express. It was sold for Rs70 each in Himayat Nagar area. The guy says that this black marketing is done by reliance executives. The money actually goes to them. This is the second time I had problem around in 1st Week of Feb/2007 and also had the same problem somewhere in March 2006. Worst thing is that even after getting HCC I could not change the handset Reliance says I can't because I got the Handset in an offer. When I asked them what offer they do not have any idea. I purchased two HCC and both of them were wasted and Reliance could not help me.

Is it just a coincidence!! I got the same problem last week and I had to give the phone for service to Nokia Care. As someone said "ake mahenae ke chuttee..." that's right Nokia Care informed that the phone is gonna take a month to get repaired. Well, I was thinking someone else got the same problem (display goes off when slided), is that a design issue? Any one is also experiencing the same problem? I hope yes.

well i guess i have given the solution already Hi! guys! we have that password delete option in 6265 itself. if u delete the password ur card can be read in any reader. Bur still with the password on condition also i m able to read the data using phone as well as PC suite. Yes, please explain...

Any clues where we can get black Xpress-On Covers? I tried searching the web and found plenty of different covers for the phone. These covers are meant for phone itself but not the original body. Agrah... what do I say it 'Xpress-On Covers'/'Face Place'/'Original Body'. All I mean it the original body itself and not the cover on the body. Any ideas where we can found it?

At times my 3105 gives call dropped even if the signal is full to its strength and even when I am below the tower. Sometimes it works... (no fixed criteria). I gave it to Nokia Customer Services since the problem is sporadic they could not fix it and every time I go to them they ask for Rs.165 (minimum amt to touch a color phone). I gave this to them twice but no help. Since the problem is sporadic I was hoping that any of our experts here can help me. If you are aware of the problem as such, please let me know. Thanks...

Guys, I no longer get Service Unavailable/Forbidden Message when I browse WAP in the phone. Looks like Reliance seriously working on this. Now since they have it working properly they may plan to come up tarrif for the same. Just to let you know Tata is having WAP service available for free. If they do not come up with the tarrif, expect wap to go down again in coming days

Someone please gimme a solution. I got the MiniSD and thought to keep it secure and tried this "SET PASSWORD" and the card is useless now... it does not work. I am looking for the way to get the MiniSD working.. till then any of you if have any solution, please post it here.

allright guys, here is the mail that I received from Corporate Customer Center regarding WAP Surprised to see the reply this way!! Corporate center has same information as what a phone support guy has. He says CDMA do not support WAP. I mailed him saying we were able to access the WAP sites begining of August, and also CDMA supports WAP because tata indicom is supporting the same without any charges. What I can say is: Reliance is using state of art communication technology driven by fools.

Frankly, I am sticking to Reliance just because of CDMA (data transfer speed), also I made a foolish decision to invest in 6265 phone, when provider (reliance) do not give me all the feature (WAP in present context), then there is no use to have great phone. Wake up Reliance... Please!!

I am noticing posts on WAP on this forum but it looks like not yet resolved. On the same regards I was able to access WAP in 2nd week of August not sure about the date. Then after that it stopped working "Service Unavailable", I called Reliance Customer Care on the same regard First time they said the system is slow and call back tomorrow and then he disconnected the phone and not give me chance to talk. Being and IT guy, I understand system can have problems, anyway assuming the systems really having problem I called back after two days but first they put me on hold and after 7 minutes (around) the lady said this is a temporary technical problem and will be solved ASAP, she also said she can not give any dates. We all know (rather assume) a technical problem at reliance should not last for two days, then I called back again and surprisingly the lady said Reliance does not support WAP, and when we support we will let you know through SMS. I was like This was a surprising shock to me and after then I understand Customer Support Guys are TOTALLY WASTE. Calling them is no use. They do not even care if we say that "I am going to terminate using the Reliance Services". Well, I mailed customer support and it is already three days and no reply let. I am also surprised to know that Reliance has so poor customer support (at least telephonic support is worst). I was using “Tata Indicom” before and I never had problem with WAP (sorry, I do not mean to Marked Tata Indicom). Also, customer support was little better then Reliance. I belong to the group of Unsatisfactory Customers and if the situation continuous I think I will return the connection. I am sure other will follow the same if the the support is same.

Why did the activity in this group came to an halt. I believe there are lot of people still looking for Options/Feature/Problems for this phone. Just like me. When I called Reliance Customer Support they do not know what is WAP site LMAO They are waste guys. I did email to Service Assurance Cell but nogo. * I can not change banner "RELIANCE" on the screen. When I try to change that, everything closes and the phone returns on the default screen. Looks like GPF has occured in the phone. * I get same problem as MANDU1 "KNIEXT global reference" while accessing network through Opera.
